Brigade Makasi MK-15NSR Black 5.56 NATO Rifle, 18.6″ Barrel, Non-Restricted
The Brigade Makasi MK-15NSR Black is the updated version of the Makasi MK-15, Brigade Manufacturing’s non-restricted semi-auto rifle built for Canadian shooters. It keeps the 18.6″ barrel and 5.56 NATO chambering that made the original popular, and adds a longer 15″ free-float M-LOK handguard. Billet aluminum receivers, a short-stroke gas piston and a para-style folding stock round out the package, all in black.
What changed on the MK-15NSR
- 15″ M-LOK handguard instead of the original 12″, so there is more room for lights, grips and a bipod.
- Billet aluminum receivers, upper and lower, for a tight fit and lower weight.
- Same proven short-stroke gas piston action and bufferless design as the MK-15.

Why choose the Brigade Makasi MK-15NSR Black?
The Makasi mixes a FAL-style layout with AR-15 controls and magazines, so it feels familiar the first time you pick it up.
